Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. stuffing (with lots of onion)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix pork with beaten egg, salt and pepper.
    Pat meat mixture out flat on tinfoil.
    Spread stuffing over meat and roll up like a jelly roll.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
