Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, cooked
    2 pkg. chopped broccoli, partially cooked in boiling water and drained
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 c. celery, finely chopped
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix and pour into greased casserole.
    Top with 1/2 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, grated.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
