1/2 c. Healthy Choice cholesterol-free egg products
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 slices bread
Preparation

In shallow bowl, combine egg product, orange juice and cinnamon. Preheat nonstick skillet sprayed with vegetable oil spray over medium heat. Dip bread in egg product mixture to coat both sides. Fry bread slices approximately 2 minutes on each side or until browned. Makes 2 servings.
