Eggplant Elegant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. grated onion
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. cracker crumbs, fine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Peel and cube eggplant; cook until tender, stirring often. Remove from heat. Add butter, onion, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Blend together; blend well and add crumbs to absorb all liquid. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
