Almond Swirl Ring - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 to 4 c. all-purpose flour, divided
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. ground almonds
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 c. powdered sugar
2 to 3 Tbsp. milk or water
candied cherry halves
whole blanched almonds, toasted
1 pkg. frozen dinner rolls (approximately 24)
1 stick oleo
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 pkg. butterscotch pudding/pie mix
1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven
to
350\u00b0.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan well. Arrange rolls
in
pan.
Mix remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to
a
boil, stirring frequently.
Add 1 to 2 cups pecan pieces
(to
your
taste).
Drizzle
mixture over frozen rolls. Cover
with
tinfoil
which has been sprayed with oil. Cover with a towel.
Let rise at room temperature overnight or 7 hours. Grease
a
9
x
13-inch pan.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Bake 25 minutes.
Tip out upside-down on serving tray.
