Ladybird Johnson'S Strawberry Icebox Pie(April, 1965) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. shortening
3 Tbsp. cold water

Preparation

Sift together flour, salt and sugar.
Cut in shortening. Sprinkle with water, tossing gently to moisten.
Roll out and fit into large, deep-dish pie plate.
Bake in hot oven until golden brown.
Cool.
