Cheese Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. salt
6 eggs
1 qt. yellow cornmeal
3/4 c. dry milk
1/4 c. baking powder
5 c. water
3 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Cream
butter,\tsalt
and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs;
beat
well.\tMix all dry ingredients and gradually add
to mixture,
alternating
with
water.
Scrape
side and bottom of bowl;
beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.\tPour in cheese\tand beat 1 minute.
Pour into well-greased pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Serves 20.
