Finger Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
paprika
bread slices with crusts removed
Preparation

With a mixer, combine first 5 ingredients.
Cut each slice of bread into 4 square pieces.
Place a spoonful of mixture on half the bread pieces.
Top with remaining bread squares.
Top with another spoonful of cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika and arrange on cookie sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
