Ingredients

1 prepared pizza dough
1/2 c. sliced shallots or green onion
1 avocado, peeled and sliced thin
1 pkg. alfalfa sprouts
dried oregano
8 to 10 oz. Muenster cheese, sliced
Preparation

Spread dough on greased cookie sheet or pizza pan.
Sprinkle sliced shallots on dough.
Arrange sliced avocado on dough, evenly distributed.
Cover dough to edges with a layer of sprouts (be generous, they bake down).
Sprinkle with dried oregano to taste. Cover with sliced Muenster cheese.
Bake in hot oven (400\u00b0) 20 to 25 minutes.
