Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. raw potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 small green pepper
    1 (3 oz.) jar pimento
    1 medium onion, chopped coarsely
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. flour
    milk
Preparation
    Put half of potatoes in greased casserole, layer in ingredients ending with cheese on top.
    Pour in enough milk so you can see it down in, but not covering pot.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0
    oven 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are well cooked.
