Quick Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. peanut butter
6 Tbsp. cocoa
3 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix together in saucepan white sugar, milk and margarine. Boil for two minutes.
Add peanut butter, cocoa and vanilla; remove from heat and mix well, then stir in oatmeal.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper to harden or pour in a slightly greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
Let cool and cut into squares.
