Olga'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1/2 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion, sauteed until clear, then drained
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Thoroughly combine and shape into loaf, 8 x 4 x 1 1/2-inches, in shallow pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
