Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 1/3 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. light caramels
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Lightly grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Mix cake according to package directions; pour 1/2 the batter in pan and bake 15 minutes. Meanwhile, melt caramels and margarine over low heat.
    When cake is done, pour caramel mixture over warm cake.
    Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate morsels.
    Pour remaining batter over top; bake an additional 25 to 30 minutes.
