Stuffed Tofu With Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 block tofu
2 fresh shrimp
1/4 lb. pork
2 Tbsp. bamboo shoots
1 piece chung choi, washed
4 Tbsp. water chestnuts
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stalk green onion
1 c. stock or water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ajinomoto
1 tsp. shoyu sauce
1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
dash of pepper
Preparation

Chop bamboo shoots, chung choi, water chestnuts and onion finely.
Add shrimp, pork and salt and mix well.
Cut tofu into 3 slices, then into 4 equal squares.
Slit 1 corner of each piece and stuff with mixture.
Arrange in pan, add seasoning and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
