Fellowship Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and mash.
    Add cream cheese and sour cream using an electric mixer.
    Slowly add milk; blend well.
    Put in buttered 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.
    Brush top with melted butter.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8 to 10.
