Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. chicken
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can ripe olives, chopped
1/3 c. bell peppers, chopped
1 can mushrooms
1 pkg. wide noodles
1/3 c. onions, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
2/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. pimento or red bell pepper
1 can English peas
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Cook onions, celery and peppers in greasy broth or oleo.
Cook chicken and debone.
Cook noodles until partly done in broth.
Mix all, but chicken.
