Finnish Pulla Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. active dry yeast
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. gluten flour
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2/3 c. raw sugar
    1 tsp. ground cardamon
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 1/3 c. unbleached white flour
Preparation
    Scald milk, then cool until warm.
    Dissolve in yeast.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Add salt and 1 cup gluten flour.
    Beat well.
    Add melted butter and then add rest of gluten flour.
    Beat well.
    Add sugar, cardamon and raisins; knead 2 cups of white flour into dough.
    Add more if necessary.
    Should be soft.
    Knead 20 minutes. Divide and make 2 braids.
    Let rise on floured cookie sheets 1 1/2 hours until doubled in size.
    Glaze with beaten eggs and raw sugar. Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
