Angel Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. lemon rind, grated
1 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Beat egg whites until frothy; add cream of tartar.
Beat until peaks, then gradually add 1 cup sugar while beating.
Beat until stiff and glossy.
Fill in well-greased 9-inch pie plate.
Put in cool oven.
Bake at 250\u00b0 or 275\u00b0 for 1 hour.
