Cherry Nut Miniatures - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. margarine
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. drained maraschino cherries
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream softened cheese, margarine and 1/3 of sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients, rest of sugar, nuts and cherries.
Mix well.
Bake in miniature muffin pan at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes, or until light brown.
Makes about 4 1/2 dozen.
