Granny Evelyn'S Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2/3 c. butter, softened to room temperature
    3 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl to make a stiff dough.
    You may need to add a little more ice water to make dough workable, but don't add enough to make it sticky.
