Calipso Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Oreo cookie pie shell
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 small can Carnation milk
2/3 stick margarine
2/3 c. white sugar
1 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts
Preparation

Soften ice cream and pack into pie shell. Smooth out top. Place in freezer. Place remaining ingredients in pan (except for vanilla and nuts). Cook until soft ball forms in cup. Stir often. When thick, place pan in cold water and stir until cold. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour over ice cream and return to freezer. Enjoy!
