Chili Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, chicken or turkey
    1 (14 oz.) can kidney beans (undrained)
    1 pkg. McCormick chili seasoning mix
    shredded lettuce
    chopped tomatoes
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    red onion
Preparation
    Brown beef, chicken or turkey; add beans and seasoning mix. Simmer 4 to 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Prepare salad by layering shredded lettuce, chili mixture, chopped tomatoes, shredded Cheddar cheese and sliced red onion.
    Ring with tortilla chips.
