Quick Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small box corn bread mix
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. grated Longhorn Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Make corn bread batter as directed on package.
    Stir in corn. Brown meat in skillet.
    Remove meat from skillet, draining meat well.
    Pour half of batter into skillet on top of meat drippings. Add meat, cheese, onion and peppers.
    Top with remaining batter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
