Chocolate Chip Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box chocolate cake mix (fudge or devil's food)
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 c. evaporated milk (divided in 2/3 and 1/3)
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 pkg. caramels (about 35)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix cake mix, melted margarine and 2/3 cup evaporated milk.
    Batter will be thick.
    Spread 1/2 of batter into pan.
    Bake 15 minutes.
