Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening for quick-fry
    4 marshmallows, cut up (or the equivalent of miniature marshmallows)
    2 c. chopped salted peanuts
Preparation
    Combine
    potatoes, salt and marshmallows.
    Have peanuts ready on\twaxed
    paper or board.\tDrop mixture by tablespoons onto nuts;
    roll into balls.
    Pan-fry in hot shortening until lightly browned.
    Makes 15 to 20 small balls.
