Dijon Hollandaise Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of cayenne
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Blend in blender egg yolks, lemon juice, garlic powder and cayenne; blend for 3 seconds.
    Slowly add melted butter, blending until smooth.
    Chill.
    Before serving, stir in sour cream and Dijon mustard.
    Makes 1 3/4 cups.
    Serve with assorted vegetables.
