Bourdeaulaise Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chopped clove garlic
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 can whole tomatoes, chopped
2 c. rich beef stock
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cube butter or 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
3 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Saute the garlic, celery, onion and tomatoes.
Add the beef stock, mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
