Buttermilk Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. lemon or vanilla extract
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time.
    Add dry ingredients and beat thoroughly.
    Add buttermilk and extract; mix well.
    Pour into well greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick test comes out clean.
