Pineapple Side Dish - cooking recipe

2 (16 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick melted butter
Preparation

Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with nonstick vegetable spray.
Put undrained pineapple in pan.
In a separate bowl, mix sugar and flour; sprinkle over pineapple.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Mix crackers and butter in separate bowl and cover pineapple with butter/cracker mixture.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
