Cracked Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. chuck steak 2 -1/2-3 inches thick
meat tenderizer
3 Tbsp. cracked or coarse ground pepper
Preparation

Slash fat edges of stake.
Sprinkle all surfaces of steak with tenderizer, using about 1/2 tsp. per pound of meat.
(DO NOT SALT.)
