Creamed Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 oz. dried beef
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
1/4 c. margarine
Preparation

Cut dried beef into pieces.
Melt 1/4 cup of margarine in a saucepan; stir in 1/4 cup of flour and pepper.
Add milk gradually, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
Add dry beef.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve hot over toast, biscuits, potatoes or rice.
