Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 C. brown sugar
2 sticks margarine
1/2 C. white syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
16 C. popped corn
Preparation
-
Bring to a boil: brown sugar, margarine and white syrup and boil for 5 minutes.
Then add the baking soda, cream of tartar and salt.
Mix well and pour over the popped corn.
