Turkey Rub - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. salt
    1/4 c. coarsely chopped black pepper
    1/4 c. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Rinse and pat turkey dry. Mix salt and oil together. Rub the outside and cavity of turkey. Use the remainder of the salt and oil mixture with the pepper and parsley; mixing well; rub this mixture in cavity and outside. Bake at 325\u00b0 for the amount of time specified per pound of turkey.
