Anne'S Easy Artichoke Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, cut up or shredded
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. grated cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 deep dish frozen pie shell
Preparation
    Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
    Pour into pie shell and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Test for doneness by inserting a knife into the center of the quiche.
    If still raw, allow another 5 or 10 minutes.
