Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium peeled, sliced potatoes
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
paprika or parsley
grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Arrange half of sliced potatoes in 2 1/2-quart buttered casserole.
Sprinkle with half the flour, salt and onions.
Repeat. Pour in milk and dot with butter.
Microwave (High) covered, 15 to 18 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn every 4 minutes.
Rest covered 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Garnish with paprika or parsley.
