Fiesta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 head lettuce
1 onion (optional)
8 oz. or 16 oz. Cheddar cheese (depending on servings)
1 can Pet milk (small)
2 tomatoes
1 taco mix
soft flour taco shells
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Warm taco shells in oblong pan.
Brown hamburger meat and drain, then add taco mix.
Cut up lettuce, tomato and onion.
Put over soft taco shells.
Add hamburger mixture over lettuce, tomato and onion.
Put shredded cheese in saucepan on low heat.
Add milk, stirring slowly, until cheese has melted.
Pour cheese sauce over hamburger and serve.
