Pesto Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. olive or vegetable oil
2 c. tightly packed parsley leaves
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 garlic cloves
4 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 Tbsp. capers
Preparation
-
In electric blender container, combine all ingredients.
Blend or process for 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth.
Store in covered container and refrigerate.
