Pot Roast(Sunday Dinner) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) beef or pork roast
    6 potatoes, peeled and cut in quarters
    12 carrots, peeled and cut in half
    1 stalk celery, cut up
    1 medium onion, cut in quarters
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in roasting pan or crock-pot.
    Cover roast with water.
    Season with garlic and seasoned salt.
    Bake or cook at 275\u00b0 about 4 hours.
