Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head red or green cabbage
2 celery stalks
1/2 green pepper
2 carrots
6 Tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. oil
6 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt.
Preparation

Shred cabbage, celery, green pepper and carrots very fine. Mix together sugar, oil, vinegar and salt; stir until dissolved. Pour this mixture over salad.
