German Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 lb. ground veal
1/4 lb. sausage
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 can beef bouillon
1 c. water
6 lemon slices
Preparation

Combine meat and add other ingredients.
Make 1-inch balls and roll in flour.
In skillet, heat 1 can of beef bouillon and 1 cup of water.
Add meat balls and bring to a boil.
Lower heat. Simmer 30 minutes.
Thicken with 1 tablespoon flour and 1/4 cup water.
Add lemon slices.
