Wilma'S Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 bell peppers
    1/2 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Saute onion.
    Brown beef in skillet.
    Cut bell peppers and remove seeds.
    Stuff pepper with rice, salt, pepper, ground beef and onion; top with sauce.
    Place in a dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until peppers are tender.
