Ingredients
    2 lb. sirloin beef
    1 medium onion
    1 medium bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 c. Riceland long grain rice, cooked
    1 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. sugar
    dash of vinegar
Preparation
    Cut meat into thin slices, about 1-inch long.
    Cut onion in wedges and pepper in thin strips, removing seeds.
