Mary Greco'S Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 lb. hamburger meat
 
2 eggs
1/2 c. water
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
garlic powder to taste
onion powder to taste
salt to taste
minced onion (optional)
Preparation
- 
                            Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and then roll into medium-size balls.
 
Cook in about a 1/2-inch of oil until medium to dark brown (10 to 15 minutes).
Drain and place in spaghetti sauce or eat with brown gravy.
