Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cream-style corn
1/2 c. cracker crumbs (10 to 12 soda crackers)
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Put the crackers in a plastic bag and roll with a rolling pin to make the crumbs.
Set aside.
Mince the onion.
Set aside. Break egg in mixing bowl and beat. Add corn, onion, milk, salt and pepper to egg in mixing bowl.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Dot with margarine.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
