Puffy Baked Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Lightly beat flour, milk, vanilla and eggs together; batter should be lumpy.
    Melt butter in a 10 to 12-inch skillet until pan and butter are hot.
    Pour in batter. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until puffy and golden.
    Sprinkle top of pancake with confectioners sugar.
