Pork Nasube - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 long nasube (eggplants), sliced and soaked in water for 10 minutes
    1 tray pork slices
    garlic
    Japanese mushrooms, soaked in water (use water for cooking)
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 chili pepper
    shoyu to your taste
    1 round onion, sliced
Preparation
    Fry
    nasube
    in oil.
    When done, place on paper towels. Cook pork
    in oil with crushed garlic.
    Add mushrooms, sugar, chili pepper, water and shoyu.
    Simmer for a few minutes, then add the nasube and round onion.
