Rhubarb Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
4 c. rhubarb (fresh or frozen)
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. tapioca or cornstarch
1 can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. hot water
1 crust for top
Preparation

Melt oleo in baking dish.
Add rhubarb, sugar, tapioca or cornstarch, crushed pineapple and strawberry jello dissolved in hot water.
Pour over dish and lace crust on top.
Bake at about 400\u00b0 until crust is brown.
