Curry Peaches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. raisins
6 or 8 peach halves
Preparation

Melt butter in a flat baking dish (10-inch square Corning Ware skillet).
Add brown sugar and curry powder.
Stir to make a sauce.
Add raisins.
Place peach halves in pan; spoon sauce over peaches.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Spoon sauce over peaches once during baking.
Serve hot.
