Blueberry Scones - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. shortening
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. drained canned blueberries
1 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. cream
1 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together.
Combine egg and milk; add to flour mixture and stir lightly.
Add blueberries.
Spread in a greased 9-inch round layer pan, using back of spoon to smooth it.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
