Pear Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped pears
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. Wesson oil
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Add sugar and pecans to pears; let stand 1 hour.
    Add eggs, vanilla and oil.
    Fold in dry ingredients.
    Bake in Bundt pan 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
